Vacuum Formed Products (Insulvac®)

One of the latest development of the Insulcon Group is a wide range of Insulvac® vacuum formed shapes. Insulvac® shapes are manufactured by vacuum forming high performance refractory fibres, blended with specially selected organic and inorganic refractory binders.

Various shapes (such as peepholes and burner blocks), thicknesses and densities are being manufactured in our own production facility in Steenbergen (The Netherlands). Advantages of our Insulvac® vacuum formed shapes are high temperature resistance, low thermal conductivity, high thermal shock resistance, maximum performance at the lowest total costs.

Our Insulvac® vacuum formed shapes are available in several qualities up to 1600°C.
