EasyFlow® launder systems

Due to high-energy prices, the reduction of energy losses throughout the transport of molten metals is even more important as it used to be, especially in the field of molten (light)metal transport.
In today’s non-ferrous Industry, the minimizing of both heat absorption and thermal conductivity are vital. To enable this, the Insulcon Group developed a complete new range of launders; Easyflow® launders. EasyFlow®launders were specially designed for the efficient transfer of molten aluminium in casthouses. Depending on the customers’ specific wishes, the Insulcon Group can produce several grades of EasyFlow® launders, using a broad range of variations in compositions and dimensions. All EasyFlow® launders are being manufactured in our production facility in Steenbergen (The Netherlands) and are pre-fired, ready to install.
