EasyFlow® launder systems

EasyFlow®launders were specially designed for the efficient transfer of molten aluminium in casthouses. Due to high-energy prices, the reduction of energy losses throughout the transport of molten metals is even more important as it used to be. In today’s non-ferrous Industry, the minimizing of both heat absorption and thermal conductivity are vital.
To enable this, the Insulcon Group developed a complete new range of launders; Easyflow® launders.

Depending on the customers’ specific wishes, the Insulcon Group can produce several grades of EasyFlow® launders, using a broad range of variations in compositions and dimensions.

All EasyFlow® launders are being manufactured in our production facility in Steenbergen (The Netherlands) and are pre-fired, ready to install.
