Foam products

Insulcon’s foams are available in a variety of densities, in different structures and degrees of hardness.

In addition to these two basic properties, other physical properties have been changed or added to meet the final use requirements. Examples of these properties are for example open or closed cell structures and flame retardant varieties.

Foams are customized to our customers’ specifications regarding size and form. The cutting techniques include horizontal and vertical slitting, 2- and 3-dimenstional cutting, surface profiling and die-cutting.

Our foams can be coated or provided with a PU skin. A self-adhesive foil can be applied to facilitate the attachment to other materials.

The range of foams consists out of:

  • Insulfoam polyurethane (polyether and polyester). Temperature range from–40°C up to +120°C
  • Insulfoam melamine resin foams. Temperature range from -50°C up to 160°C
  • Cross linked polyurethane foams
